This book deals with the subject of differing, or ikhtilaaf, in a brief and comprehensive manner, quoting the words of the scholars, both classical and contemporary. It makes clear to the reader - by ALLAH's Grace - those types of issues that the Sacred Law forbids differing in and those types of issues in which differing is permitted. Likewise, it elaborates upon those guidelines which, if violated, causes a person to split away from the path of Muslim orthodoxy; the path of Ahlus-Sunnah wa-Jamaa'ah. It also explains the etiquettes that need to observed when differing with one another.
