Returns Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled in the event of a change of mind.

Kindly be advised that we adhere to a strict policy of non-refundable and non-exchangeable items, except in cases where they do not meet acceptable merchantable conditions (e.g., faulty or damaged upon receipt). Please note that all claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery without exception.

Please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. Please note that we only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.
