Regulations for Using Evidence in Islamic Law

This small paper is an attempt to highlight the regulations of using evidences in Islamic law according to the methodology of Ahl us-Sunnah w'al Jamaa'ah. This work is useful for the da'iyee in the West who needs to correctly identify clear texts of fiqh, prioritise the genuine rulings and scholarly consensus, and the issues of ijtihaad.
