Shipping & Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Orders will be dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping takes 2-8 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery time will vary from state to state after dispatch. Whilst the below are the expected delivery timelines after dispatch, we will strive that you receive your order as soon as possible:

  • NSW Metro 1-3 working days
  • NT 5-7 working days
  • QLD Metro 1-3 working days
  • SA Metro 3-5 working days
  • TAS Metro 5-7 working days
  • VIC Metro 1-3 working days

An email with tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

In the unlikely case that some of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will dispatch the available items and / or communicate with you to offer substitutes.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offer is only available for a limited time to addresses in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT for orders above $100. Excludes rural addresses.

International Destinations:

We can ship most products to international destinations. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled in the event of a change of mind.

Kindly be advised that we adhere to a strict policy of non-refundable and non-exchangeable items, except in cases where they do not meet acceptable merchantable conditions (e.g., faulty or damaged upon receipt). Should you require an exchange due to such circumstances, please contact us via email at, providing your order number and specific details regarding the product you wish to return. Please note that all claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery without exception.

Please be advised that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. Please note that we only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email notification confirming the arrival of your returned item.
