Preface by Salam Al-Houry To take such a task of translating Hadith, where accuracy, faithfulness to the Arabic text, and grasping of the deeper meaning lying behind many words are essential, the auther had to rely on the many Muslim scholars who undertook this responsibility long before him. As for the translations of the Hadith, the author mentions in particular the translation of "Sahih al-Bukhari" by Muhammad Mohsin Khan of the Islamic Univerasity at Medina Muawwara; also the translation of "Riadh-us-Saleheen" by S.M.
